Recommended Action :
Motion: That the Board of School Directors eliminate Per-capita taxes for the fiscal year 2009-2010.

Due to the elimination of Per-capita assessors by the Commonwealth, it was decided during Fiscal year 2007-2008 to continue collection for only one more year 2008-2009. The district would have to assume the cost of assessors in addition to collectors. Many of the coundy municipalities and the City of Warren have eliminated Per-capita taxes.
