At the February 2009 Regular Board Meeting teh Board of School directors approved the Celular provider for E-Rate. Teh second step is to approve the Contract Renewal.

3. Old Business

Directors have had 4 Budget Sessions, the Master Financial Budget Model has been modified and adapted to provide additional detailed information including columns that include Approved Budget , Adjusted Budget, Actual Results including Year to Date for the current Year for both 2007-2008, 2008-2009 & initial budget for 2009-2010. Reports from the Accounting system have been integrated into the excel workbook to assist in updating adjustments, transfers and changes. Budget Workshops are being scheduled for March & April.

Status of Food Service Review

Attached is documentation regarding action taken in connection with credit card usage.

Although several of the Modules are not being used to their full capacity administration plans to begin implementing them this fiscal year. Training is scheduled for the first week of March.

4. Informational Items

The District received five inquiries to receive the Food Service RFP for 2009-2010. Three Vendors attended the mandatory meeting and facility walk-through on February 17, 2009. Bids are due by March 17th 2009.
