Recommended Action :

That the Board of School Directors of the Warren County School District does hereby authorize the Administration to work with PFM Financial Advisors LLC (as Independent Financial Advisor), Knox, McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. (as Bond Counsel) and Stapleford & Byham, LLC (as Solicitor) to begin the process of issuing General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2019, for the purpose of refinancing all or a portion of the outstanding General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2013, with a minimum net savings target of $50,000.

That the Board of School Directors approves the life insurance renewal agreement between MetLife and the Warren County School District for the period starting November 1, 2019 through October 31, 2020 with no increase in premiums, as presented.
