Recommended Action :

That the Board of School Directors award a contract to Alex Roofing, Inc., Erie, PA in the amount of $921,000.00 for the Base Bid: Youngsville & Sheffield Partial Re-roof; and a contract to Jamestown Roofing, Jamestown, NY in the amount of $620,400.00 for the Base Bid: Eisenhower Partial Re-roof, for the project known as the Partial Roof Recover of Youngsville Elementary/Middle School, Eisenhower Middle/High School & Sheffield Area Middle/High School (WCSD #1901)

Goals :

Goal #2 - The Warren County School District continues to implement the Master Facilities Plan; and regularly reviews and upgrades building systems to maintain the facilities at a level that prevents deferred maintenance and improves building security.

Recommended Action :

That the Board of School Directors acknowledges the receipt of PlanCon G approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for the project known as the Warren County Career Center Alterations and Additions (WCSD #1801) and enters it into the minutes.
