That the Board of School Directors accepts the bid from Taylor Diversion Programs, Inc. to purchase the property known as the Sheffield Elementary School (Parcel No. SH-367-4660), for the sum of $20,000 and as per the terms as set forth in the bid package authorized by the Board of School Directors on June 13, 2022; authorizes the Solicitor to complete the closing for the sale of the property; and authorizes the Board President, Board Secretary, and other officers to execute the Sales Agreement, Deed, and any other documents relative to the sale of the property to Taylor Diversion Programs, Inc.
