That the Board of School Directors accepts the bid from Rick Ristau, to purchase the property known as Pleasant Township Elementary School (Parcel No. WN-733-8200), for the sum of $27,500 and as per the terms set forth in the bid package authorized by the Board of School Directors on June 12,2023; authorizes the Solicitor to complete the closing for the sale of the property; and authorizes the Board President, Board Secretary, and other officers to execute the Sales Agreement, Deed, and any other documents relative to the sale of the property to Rick Ristau.
