1. Week Ending November 11th i. Review the Local Tax Commission Guide in Tab #1. ii. Revise the Recommendation in Tab #3. iii. Make any additions, deletions or corrections in the Report. iv. Select type of Report Binder to be used and who will order them. v. Vote on the 1st reading of the recommendation. vi. Urge the public to attend one of the next two meetings and ask questions 2. Week Ending November 18th i. Review any new Act 1 information that may come forth. ii. Vote on the second reading of the Report. iii. Workshop to assemble 15 copies of the Report. iv. Jeff Lockett to arrange to have Report placed on BoardDocs. v. Select someone to present the Report to the Warren County Board of School Directors. vi. Urge the public to attend the final meeting and ask questions. 3. Week Ending November 25th i. Review any new Act 1 information that may come forth. ii. Vote on the 3rd and final reading of the Report. iii. Review the Report if any public are in attendance. iv. Distribute a hard copy of the Report to all Board Members, Robert Towsey, Arthur Stewart, and Ruth Huck. 4. Week Ending December 2nd i. Petter Turnquist to schedule meeting if required.
