That the Board of School Directors approves the purchase of a Ford F-550, 4x4, 6.0L diesel dump truck with a Boss V-plow, for $28,495.00 from Great Lakes Motor Company.

The Buildings and Grounds department currently has two vehicles to use for salt spreading and snow removal - a third vehicle is beyond reasonable repair and needs to be replaced. The current winter weather makes it imperative that this truck is replaced as soon as possible.

That the Board of School Directors approves the revised Discipline Code on Second Reading.

A bullying policy has been added to the Discipline Code, as required by the state. The word "BULLYING" has been removed from line 42 on page 6, and a separate item to address bullying has been added, starting with line 5 on page 7. If approved, the policy will be posted on the WCSD website and in a prominent place in every classroom. It will be reviewed with students within 90 days of its adoption and every school year thereafter.
