That the Board of School Directors appoints Dr. William A. Clark as Superintendent of Schools for the Warren County School District effective July 1, 2013, and that he be hired pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement of the Superintendent dated June 24, 2013.

That the Board of School Directors approves the attached insurance renewal coverage types, coverage limits, and premium amounts to be provided by Garrison-Simonsen, Inc. (Keystone Insurers Group) and Sundahl & Co., Inc., and authorizes the Board President, the Board Secretary, and the administration to execute the associated policies and any other documentation required to implement the policies.
