That the Board of School Directors rescinds the motion of September 14, 2015 approving the Training-of-Trainers agreement with ALICE at a cost not to exceed $12,500 plus travel; and approves the two attached agreements for a Training-of-Trainers Contract and an eLearning Contract with ALICE for a total cost not to exceed $12,500 plus travel.
