That the Board of School Directors approves the Resolution indicating the intent to accept the Qualified Zone Academy Bond Funds for the Warren Area High School Renovations Project, as presented.
Goals :
Goal 2: The Warren County School District continues to implement the Master Facilities Plan including the renovation of Warren Area High School, Warren County Career Center and Youngsville High School; and regularly reviews and upgrades building systems to maintain the facilities at a level that prevents deferred maintenance and improves building security.

That the Board of School Directors of the Warren County School District does hereby authorize the Administration to work with PFM Financial Advisors, LLC as Independent Financial Advisor, Knox, McLauglin, Gornall & Sennett, P.C. as Bond Counsel, and the local Solicitor to issue G.O. Bonds, Series 2016 for the purpose of financing the District's 2016 QZAB allocation in the amount of $5,000,000.
