Recommended Action :
That the Board of School Directors approves the Termination of Cooperative Sports Agreement for the sport of football between Sheffield Area Middle/High School and Abraxas, as presented, contingent upon the PIAA approving the separate modification of the Cooperative Agreement for participation in football at Warren Area High School to add Sheffield Area Middle/High School for the 2020 season only and not the otherwise required two season time period. In the event this contingency is not met, this motion and the Termination of Cooperative Sports Agreement shall be null, void, and of no effect, and the Cooperative Sports Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
